Lost Plays of Tennessee Williams.

The Palooka, directed by Brian Foyster, is set in a boxing-arena dressing room, where an up-and-coming young boxer, the Calico Kid (Jason Lopez), learns a disillusioning lesson from his trainer (William Mahoney) and an older boxer known as the Palooka (Timothy J. Murphy). The play is only a brief vignette, but it's tellingly directed. Lopez nimbly captures the fears and gung-ho enthusiasm of the neophyte boxer; Murphy makes a touching figure of the old has-been, still living on his own faded myth.
